Your astrologer
My name is Jennifer.
After some years of studying astrology by myself, I deciced to study Hellenistic Astrology with Adam Elenbaas (Nightlight Astrology) and completed his Year One, Year Two and Horary courses. I am currently enrolled in the Reading and Passages course.
I was introduced to the arts of divination when I was a teenager and got my first Tarot de Marseille. Ten years later, my life was turned upside down and with it, my sense of priorities. A door opened and my search for truth began.
A journey within, inside the body and the mind, that led me to Lyon, Milan and Sevilla.
Daily practices
Beyond my interest for astrology, my days revolve around various energetic practices : breathing techniques, stretching, free body movement, and classes : taichi, qi gong, chinese staff.
Zhan Zhuang (standing meditation), also named The Tree Pose, is the pillar of my physical practice. Among other things, it consists in aligning the body and the mind, finding the correct balance and interplay between relaxation and tension; connecting the body parts together, working in the 6 directions, etc. This is a wonderful exercise to cultivate patience, presence, concentration, acceptance, etc., and to keep exploring and discovering yourself.

I have a Master's degree in Multilingual Specialized Translation (English, Spanish, Italian) and translated into French numerous articles and books from the author and researcher Kingsley L. Dennis; ebooks on taichi and tarot as well as the Idries Shah Foundation Facebook publications.
I went to Milan to study Internal Chinese Martial Arts (Cheng Ming School): qi gong, taichi, xingyi, bagua, and yi quan. I also lived in Sevilla, before I would go back to my roots, in Normandy where I got involved in the opening of a Montessori school and enrolled into a Montessori Teacher training program.
